Cancellation/Return in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at info@decorsmantra.com or What’s App, Damage & defect will be assessed in 24 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of DecorsMantra, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by DecorsMantra, to address the issue

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is received it takes us about 1-2 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-5 days.

Which shipping companies do we work with?

We ship our orders to India using Delivery, xpressbee, FedEx, DHL, or DTDC whichever is faster.

Do you do custom orders?

We do accept custom metal orders. All you need to do is contact us on info@decorsmantra.com and provide us with some information about the design you’d like and the dimensions of that design.

Do custom orders take time?

Custom orders do takes time, but we usually dispatch it within a week.

Do you accept color customization?

All of our designs are powder coated with a black matte finish but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize it according to your specifications. But please note color customization is charged extra.

I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens, please wait for a few days or contact us on info@decorsmantra.com, so we can speed things up.
