If in the opinion of DecorsMantra, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by DecorsMantra, to address the issue

Once payment is received it takes us about 1-2 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-5 days.
Which shipping companies do we work with?
We ship our orders to India using Delivery, xpressbee, FedEx, DHL, or DTDC whichever is faster.

We will send a tracking number to your mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your order directly from the shipping company’s official website.
Do you do custom orders?
We do accept custom metal orders. All you need to do is contact us on info@decorsmantra.com and provide us with some information about the design you’d like and the dimensions of that design.
Do custom orders take time?
Custom orders do takes time, but we usually dispatch it within a week.
Do you accept color customization?
All of our designs are powder coated with a black matte finish but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize it according to your specifications. But please note color customization is charged extra.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?
We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens, please wait for a few days or contact us on info@decorsmantra.com, so we can speed things up.

Just loved the product. It's super nice . Wood quality is also very good and size is ideal for a small house or small area. Beautifully designed. Also it was packed very very nicely and carefully for the delivery. Full thumbs up !
This product is commendable for its ease of assembly. My child thoroughly enjoyed the collaborative assembly process. The inclusion of lighting was particularly appreciated. Overall, the product is satisfactory. However, there remains room for enhancement in terms of sturdiness.

Very good product, with high quality easy to assemble. Overall decent size for with beautiful appearance
like the size, lighting, ease of assembly, value, and quality of the sculpture. For example, they mention it's very good size, saving floor space, and that the LED spot light illuminates the deity beautifully. That said, they say it'd be a great addition to any small family.
